Nebula Fest Refund Policy

We want all attendees to enjoy Nebula Fest with confidence. Please read our refund terms carefully before purchasing.

Entry Tickets

  • All entry tickets, including tickets to the after party, are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by Nebula Fest Limited.
  • In the unlikely event of cancellation, we will aim to issue refunds within two working days. Please allow up to five working days for funds to appear before contacting us.

Guest Tickets (Signings, Photo Ops, and Panels)

  • All guest tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by Nebula Fest Limited.
  • If a guest cancels, we will notify you using the email address provided at purchase.
  • Where possible, we will offer an alternative guest. If you do not wish to proceed with the alternative, you may request a refund.
  • Guest cancellation refunds will be processed within 24 hours of your request; however, please allow up to 72 hours before contacting us.

Package Tickets

  • All package tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by Nebula Fest Limited.
  • If a guest included in a package cancels, we will substitute them with another guest from our line-up. Refunds will not be issued for individual guest changes within a package.
  • Should the full event be cancelled, refunds will be processed within two working days (allow up to five working days for funds to clear).

  • Refunds will always be returned to the original payment method used.
  • Nebula Fest Limited cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by your payment provider.
